I. General Information

  2. Website Owner – it shall mean Pharmapoint S.A. with its registered office in Łódź (91-342) at ul.   3. User – it shall mean any natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality using the Website.
  4. Privacy Policy – it shall mean this Privacy and Cookie Policy.
  5. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016
    on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
  6. Supervisory Authority – its shall mean an independent public authority established by a member state in order to protect natural persons’ basic rights and freedoms in connection with data processing. In Poland, this authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

III. Cookie Policy

  1. In connection with using the Website, cookies are collected. Cookies are computer data recorded in text files, which can comprise personal data such as an IP address and a unique device identifier recorded in a file. Cookie files are stored on the Website User’s device and enable to use particular Website functions, and they also serve to enhance using the Website.
